Our Wellbeing Support

The Bhs Trust Fund are pleased to be partnering with Vivup, a professional provider of
Wellbeing services, bringing you the following tools & benefits:

  • Health & Wellbeing Advice – Embrace a healthier lifestyle with the help of
    assessments, goals and tools available on our Wellbeing platform. These include weight management, healthy eating, smoking cessation, understanding menopause, better sleep, exercise & fitness, relaxation & meditation and much more.

  • Lifestyle Benefits – A selection of discounts for many well-known retailers and also
    includes discounts for family days out and much more.

Who can access the above benefits?
Both Health & Wellbeing advice and Lifestyle Benefits are available to any former employee
of Bhs, regardless of length of service.

People contact the samaritans with all sorts of concerns and what might be a small issue to you may be huge to someone else.

You could be going through something new or have been struggling to cope for some time, either way, we’re here if you feel you need some extra support.

If what’s getting to you isn’t on this list, please still get in touch.

Common reasons people contact the samaritans are:

  • relationship and family problems
  • loss, including loss of a friend or a family member through bereavement
  • financial worries
  • job-related stress
  • college or study-related stress
  • loneliness and isolation
  • depression
  • painful and/or disabling physical illness
  • heavy use of or dependency on alcohol or other drugs
  • thoughts of suicide

We won’t make decisions for you, and they will support the decisions you make.

You are the expert on your own life. The samaritans’s advice or opinions are not important.
